- Client: Tropicana
- The Background:
- Through one of our great partnerships with a product design consultancy, Caspian were asked to assist in the creation of a juice dispenser for Tropicana. The design was complete, but the method of cooling the juice was where Caspian's expertise was called upon.
- The Problem:
- How to keep the Orange juice at an optimum temperature to achieve and sustain maximum freshness and taste.
- The Process:
- The prototype required a cooling and stirring mechanism to achieve the objectives of the client. Further to this the brief also specified a number of other changes, including aesthetic detail that incorporated system lighting.
- Much of the base unit was redesigned to allow the system to work efficiently and safely. New lighting and stirring mechanisms were introduced, making the internal system completely wire free.
- The End Product:
- The resulting product was, and remains to be, a fantastic success, providing Tropicana Orange Juice at its optimum in service stations and restaurants across the UK.
